Molly
Molly Donovan has been a commercial litigator for the past 15 years and is building Perched as a real estate broker and designer. She has bought, sold and renovated homes and condos in Brooklyn and in Westchester and loves the strategic negotiation, the trouble-shooting, the house-hunting and the creativity involved in the realty + design process.
Molly lives in a mid-century home in Westchester County, NY (Mamaroneck) with her son. She has a law degree from Duke University School of Law, is a current student of The New York School of Interior Design, and holds a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University in Political Theory.

Heather
Heather Messer is a licensed real estate salesperson with years of realty experience and strong ties to Westchester County—generations of family have lived in the area. She currently resides in Rye Brook with her husband and two daughters.
Prior to joining Perched, Heather earned her Bachelors Degree from Syracuse University in Psychology and Political Science, followed by a Masters Degree in Educational Studies, with a concentration in Education Administration from Manhattanville College. She has worked for various education organizations ranging from early childhood to higher education giving her extensive knowledge and understanding of the local education systems and the needs of families within the community.
Working with Heather, you’ll get personalized attention and a deep knowledge of Westchester County that will support you in the successful sale and/or purchase of your home. She definitely understands the importance of finding the right home for each client with no pressure to settle for less!

Becky
Becky Gordon works in architecture and design in New York City and the Hudson Valley. She has over 10 years of experience providing design solutions and project management in various trade-related industries including interior design, lighting, and textiles. She has a true talent for visualizing the potential in any space, often finding opportunity where others see limitation. Her design process is collaborative and considerate of each client’s specific needs and budget, and is never without a few laughs!
When she’s not comparing paint colors or sketching floor plans, you can find her throwing pottery in her garage or hosting wine night. She lives in Beacon, in a ranch home that she gut-renovated herself, with her husband Jason, who owns and runs Hendo Made, a furniture design studio. Becky has a bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University in Art Education.
