  • Molly. Molly Donovan has been a commercial litigator for the past 15 years and is building Perched as a real estate broker and designer. She has bought, sold and renovated homes and condos in Brooklyn and in Westchester and loves the strategic negotiation, the trouble-shooting, the house-hunting and the creativity involved in the realty + design process.

    Aside from Perched, Molly enjoys karaoke (with Rehab as her signature song) and post-war American glassware. She lives in a mid-century home in Westchester County, NY (Mamaroneck) with her son who is seriously passionate about cars and trucks. Molly has a law degree from Duke University School of Law, is a current student of The New York School of Interior Design, and holds a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University in Political Theory.

  • Helen. Helen Hintz joined Perched in 2022, adding significant realty experience and local expertise to the Perched team. Prior to joining Perched, Helen spent 4 years at Sotheby’s International Realty in real estate sales where she developed extensive experience in the Westchester County real estate housing market and established a comprehensive and wide-ranging network of partners, resources, and market contacts for use at her clients' disposal. Throughout her real estate career, Helen has remained unwavering in her commitment to her clients, her genuine desire for them to find the house that fits them best, and her dedication to the collaborative effort of helping them find a new home.

    Helen, originally a Queens native who has lived in Westchester County for over 20 years, previously worked 16 years in operations supporting executives at the boutique intellectual property firm Fish & Neave (now the IP Group of Ropes & Gray) and the investment bank Evercore in the New York offices helping to manage daily functions in both legal and banking environments. Helen graduated with honors from New York University with a Bachelor in Economics. She is a mom of two boys and speaks fluent Spanish.

  • Becky. Becky Gordon works in architecture and design in New York City and the Hudson Valley. She has over 10 years of experience providing design solutions and project management in various trade-related industries including interior design, lighting, and textiles. She has a true talent for visualizing the potential in any space, often finding opportunity where others see limitation. Her design process is collaborative and considerate of each client’s specific needs and budget, and is never without a few laughs!

    When she’s not comparing paint colors or sketching floor plans, you can find her throwing pottery in her garage or hosting wine night. She lives in Beacon, in a ranch home that she gut-renovated herself, with her husband Jason, who owns and runs Hendo Made, a furniture design studio. Becky has a bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University in Art Education.
